REFUND POLICY

At Givea, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@giveaskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
