All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product. We make every effort to display colours and textures accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen will render them perfectly.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Orders and Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–14 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund practices are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. EU customers retain their statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Givea and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Givea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia. EU consumers also retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
